Exchange
Our policy lasts 30 days from when you receive your order. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including any carding and stickers.

*Sale and discounted items are final.

*Custom requests/orders are nonrefundable.

Exchanges : 

1. Please fill out this form.

2. Pack your jewelry piece carefully in a PADDED envelope or box.

3. Ship to Cape Cod Chokers, 68 Pilots Way, West Barnstable Ma. 02668

4. Hold onto your tracking number.

5. Jewelry exchange cost of shipping: $8.00.

Clothing + Bikinis
We are happy to exchange or give a store credit within 30 days of receiving your order, we just ask for the cost of shipping.

Once received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
