Jewelry Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from when you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including any carding and stickers.

*Sale and discounted items are final.

*Custom requests/orders are nonrefundable.

2. Pack your jewelry piece carefully in a PADDED envelope or box.

3. Ship to Cape Cod Chokers, 68 Pilots Way, West Barnstable Ma. 02668

4. Hold onto your tracking number.

5. Jewelry exchange cost of shipping: $7.95.

Clothing + Bikini Exchange
We are happy to exchange or give a store credit within 30 days of receiving your order, we just ask for the cost of shipping $9.95. Please fill out the form above.

Refunds (if applicable)

Please know that almost every piece of jewelry is made to order. Which means we wake up early to custom make your order. Please be careful when measuring to ensure that you order the correct size.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

Why do we charge a 10% restocking fees. The reason is simple: to keep costs (and thus prices) down when dealing with the return of items that are not defective. If you buy something and then return it, we have to deal with more costs to handle the return. In addition to pay for labor on the return there is a loss in packing materials shipping boxes, gift boxes, paper and all the details that go into wrapping up your special order.
